As a Project manager having more than 15 years’ experience in Steel Detailing. Having vast experience in checking of fabrication & Erection Drawings with good technical skills and knowledge of AISC, CANADIAN/OSHA standards using Tekla.

Kalpesh– PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager having more than 12 years’ experience in steel detailing. Having vast experience in checking of fabrication & Erection Drawings with good technical skills and knowledge of AISC, CANADIAN/OSHA standards using Tekla.

Bharath Babu – Steel Connection Design Head

Having good leadership quality and team spirit. Proficient in Structural design, planning, calculation, and analysis using a various tools such as ETABS v17, SAP2000 v20, STAAD PRO AutoCAD and MS Office Suite etc. Acquainted with construction practice and methods of buildings, bridges etc. Familiar with NISD, AISC standards codes. Adept at optimizing project outcomes by successfully collaborating with dynamic, cross-functional teams.

Er. Shrikant D – Project Manager Steel Detailing

15 years of industry experience in Engineering, detailing of Steel Structures, Using Tekla,  Auto CAD and SDS2.

Areas of Interest: Structural Steel Detailing & Designing Experience: 10 Years Worked with “Bechtel and Shapoorji Paloonji at Abudhabi and Saudi Arabia as a steel detailer in Engineering Dept. (Structural Steel Detailing)

Technical expertise: Software knowledge: Tekla, Auto CAD, SDS2 and Idea Statica.

Responsibility at Structural Drafting Group.

Schedule Tracking and coordinating with Team. Project progress need to be updated to the Top management and Client. If any deviation from the planned one should inform in proper time with specific reasons for the delay

Any approval mark-up’s or Client comments received need to be verified for the accuracy of correction done by the team. Any of the mistakes in that will be explained to the entire team on review meeting.

Involving in the conference call with clients for the feedback and issues. Implementing the corrective actions of the client feedback within the Team. Involving in various projects for solving queries & supporting to the team at critical areas
